Job description

Responsibilities

  • Set and own back-office strategy aligned to growth, regulation, and customer experience
  • Lead Processing Operations (payments, withdrawals, transfers, investigations, exceptions) to SLA and audit standards
  • Oversee Client Onboarding & KYC (EDD, screening, ongoing monitoring) with strong governance
  • Define KPIs/OKRs; run monthly/quarterly/annual performance reviews and drive data-led improvements
  • Sponsor process improvement, automation, and tooling with enablement teams; embed change
  • Build and develop a multi-layer leadership structure; succession planning and workforce design
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Product, Tech, Payments, Finance, Front Office

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in regulated financial services operations (FX/brokerage/fintech/banking/payments)
  • Proven leadership of large, multi-function teams across processing and onboarding/KYC
  • Track record defining and managing KPIs/OKRs and performance frameworks at scale
  • Strong partnership with Compliance and Risk in highly regulated environments
  • Experience leading large transformation/automation programs
  • Strategic and execution-driven; analytical, data-led decision maker
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s/MBA
  • Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or Compliance/Risk certifications
  • Deep FX products knowledge and client lifecycle expertise
  • Experience with multi-region, 24/7 operations and capacity modeling
  • Background working with banks, PSPs, and fintech partners
