Job description

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through execution of a territory sales plan
  • Maintain a full pipeline with qualified leads and prospects
  • Develop markets, customers, and distribution channels to grow revenues
  • Make regular visits to prospects, customers, partners, consultants, and tradeshows in assigned countries
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, revenue goals, and conduct sales training
  • Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitive benchmarks (pricing, technologies)
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Accounting, and Legal
  • Conduct market research to identify PAM, TAM, SAM, SOM, and new opportunities
  • Develop business plans, sales processes, and strategies for assigned markets
  • Evaluate market trends and support product and business development
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses within set budgets
  • Gather and report customer feedback
  • Work with end users and engineering companies to specify ERII products
  • Organize and execute conferences, seminars, and events
  • Report on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats to senior management
  • Ensure CRM system has accurate, complete information
  • Perform all other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (strong technical background required)
  • Experience in the Water Treatment market
  • Availability to travel 30-50%
  • Ability to develop business plans and commercial documents
  • Resourcefulness in solving customer and partner issues
  • Ability to project leadership and foster collaboration with other departments
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and business planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to deliver technical training and convey technical information clearly

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-10 years sales and business development experience in the target market(s)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
